Brief
Creating a visual website and app presence for Brisatipa, who sell quality crafted upcycled furniture and repurposed home accessories online. The company is focussed on the UK market.

UNDERSTANDING THE BRAND
In order to connect the customer's need with the brands gain and pain points, I first wanted to discover what the brand Brisatipa, a quality crafted upcycling furniture and accessories online seller. It involved brainstorming the brand attributes to find out what is seen by the customer and by the business together with the x-factor, what is unique about the brand. The focus is then to communicate the highlighted attributes in the design.
RESEARCH
The researching phase is continued by collating information for user personas and mapping out the customer journey with possible early exits. I also researched the competitors’ websites to understand how they are marketing a similar product.

SKETCH
