Whether editing videos for client brands or exploring diverse themes and motion design on my personal YouTube channel, I am passionate about storytelling through moving images. My work aims to inspire, educate, and evoke emotions, bringing stories to life with creativity and thoughtfulness.
Female health Platform
As part of the team at the creative agency Make it Clear, I had the honour of editing 50 videos for Xena, a subscription-based platform focused on female health, mother+baby, and well-being.
Using After Effects, I selected music for the sting (intro) and edited titles and raw material in Premiere Pro. This included enhancing audio, cutting scenes for smooth transitions, and selecting additional licensed music. The videos covered a range of themes, including yoga, Pilates, hypnobirthing, nutrition, and meditation.

Relaxation with chakras
Being a long-term yoga fan, and my favourite yoga teacher having moved abroad, I started to lean back more into my own yoga practice at home. During this journey, I discovered chakra yoga + rekindled my interest in listening to the body and understanding our cyclical nature through Ayurveda and the energy body as well as Human Design.
This inspired me to create a series of seven chakra music meditations on YouTube. Each chakra embodies a unique energy, and I aimed to visually represent this through music meditation. These meditations can be experienced in various forms, such as active listening, seated meditation, or even dancing. Each video includes a brief explanation of the chakra and impulses on how to balance its energy. The goal was to inspire reflection on the energy within our bodies, emanating from the chakras, and to promote relaxation.
The videos, ranging from 5 to 10 minutes, are designed as a quick, initiating practice for any time of day. Using a combination of After Effects and Premiere Pro, I created the individual chakra experiences with a mix of licensed stock videos, my own footage, illustrations, and selected music which fits these chakras energies.
